Itinerary
- Check-in from 4PM to 6PM on day of arrival. Settle in, unpack, and get ready for the fun.
- Welcome Dinner from 6:30PM to 8PM will be healthy and delicious.

Poolside Intention Setting from 8:30PM to 9PM will be the perfect mix of meaningful and fun.

- Sunrise Beach Yoga & Walking Meditation from 6:30AM to 7:30AM.
- Quiet Time with Journaling from 7:30AM to 8AM. Daily prompts.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Who is this retreat for?
This retreat is designed for individuals wishing to de-stress, restore + renew, and get back to the relaxed, joyous side of life! Beginners to yoga or seasoned yoga practitioners are all welcome to join. It's a wonderful retreat to take solo, as a couple, or with friends!
What is there to do in the local area?
There are grocery stores, restaurants, a local marina, and several shops in the local area. It is not a busy place, so there is a very laid back and relaxed vibe here. You won't find any high rises or fancy activities besides boating, fishing, and your typical beach activities. You are staying from on the beach, which are wide open, so we suggest enjoying nature and the outdoors as much as possible here!
How do I get there?
That depends on where you're coming from. It is an easy drive from Macon, GA and takes about five hours. There is also an international airport in Panama City Beach, FL that is an hour drive from the house.
Will you have health and safety precautions in place?
Yes! We ask that every attendee receive a negative COVID test within 3 days of arrival. In addition, we will be following increased sanitation protocols and guidelines throughout the retreat. Each room has its own bathroom and each accommodation level has its own kitchen and living area. All yoga classes will be outside. Attendees staying on the same accommodation level will have its own pod of people to sit with for any events. This retreat is capped at very small numbers in a very large house with room for distancing. For a detailed list of all safety measures and guidelines, please message us.
